Riverview
RiverView is an up-to-date ranch style home on Cold Brook. Completely renovated in 2006, this home has an open floor plan complete with five bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It has a fantastic kitchen with a breakfast bar, the dining room overlooks Cold Brook, as well as the deck. This spacious home offers two levels of living space. The main level has three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms (1 with a Jacuzzi Tub!), kitchen, dining room and the living room, complete with digital cable. The lower level has two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, game room with foose ball, air hockey, a card table and darts; plus a separate TV viewing area with cable and a futon. If that isn’t enough, RiverView also has wireless internet access.
